About Wild Salamander

Founded in 2012 by KC and Charlie Morgan

Wild Salamander Creative Arts Center is a family owned and operated arts center with roots in the community. Our primary goal is to bring artists and community members together through creative experiences. We strive to become a gathering place for celebrating the creative spirit through education, exhibition, and commerce where people of all ages can come to learn, develop skills, discover something new, and support local art.

KC Morgan

KC’s love of the arts and joy for teaching have brought her through the trenches of the professional theater, craziness of the classroom, and the unpredictable world of parenthood to the opening of Wild Salamander. Education includes BFA in Theater Management and Design from Ohio University. She has run production staffs, union crews, and managed tours in Chicago, Cleveland, The Berkshires, The Cape, and NH. Earning a Masters in Education from Lesley University focusing on Special Education, KC spent eight years teaching and learning in a Kindergarten classroom and four years teaching young teachers curriculum design and assessment. KC is excited to bring arts close to home!
